REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
The Business or Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Sabyolé, Inc. Located at 591 Stewart Ave suite 540, Garden City, NY 11530, New York.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Sabyolé, Inc.'s Website.
Website refers to Our Site, accessible from www.sabyolebeaute.com
You refer to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either refund, exchange or provide you with a credit. You are eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit at our sole discretion which is subject to the following (Please see "Exception Clause"):

If the product will be refunded, returned, or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the cost of Shipping, a Return Handling Fee of 5% per item., and a 10% per item restocking fee. Shipping costs incurred by Sabyolé Beauté for free shipping will also be deducted from refunds. Items returned to us after 7 days and will not be refunded.

Product(s) that are bought from non-authorized distributors/retailers will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or credit. All Items are eligible for return except for the following products that are: Final Sale items, Promotional Items, Partially Used, or items damaged by the customer.

We will not offer replacements or refunds/credit for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

Products purchased that are reasonably determined to be ordered via the use of any automatic device or software, We in our sole discretion reserve the right to deny any and all returns stemming from such purchasing methods.

After your approved return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and a credit/refund/exchange will be issued. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Only the items listed and authorized by Sabyolé Beauté in the original return request will be accepted for a return. Unauthorized products or products outside of the return window will not be accepted.

Limits returns per name, household, or address on the product(s). Sabyolé monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Sabyolebeaute.com in all instances, in its sole discretion.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, product(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Final sale items, sales, and promotional items are not eligible for a refund. Please see "Exception Clause".
In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned unopened in its original packaging

Product wasn't used (used means any portion thereof) or damaged

Must not show any signs of wear and tear

Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item’s description
After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process the refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method used during the purchase.
CREDIT POLICY
You are given 7 days to request a credit from the date of purchase in exchange for products purchased.
In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that the following conditions are met:

The product must be returned in its original packaging

Product wasn't used (used means any portion thereof) or damaged

Must not show signs of wear and tear
A product that is on sale or discount is not eligible for Credit
All credits are valid within 6 months from the date of process. Credits cannot be used to offset the cost of shipping fees.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be exchanged for a different size or item of equal value. If the item selected is of lesser value, a credit will be issued for future use. Customers are allowed to exchange product(s) within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed. Please see "Exception Clause".
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

The product must be returned unopened in its original packaging

The product wasn't used or damaged

Must not show any signs of wear and tear

Must be in new, unaltered, unused condition
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the right to exchange an item, one time. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returned items. Postmarked dates will be used when considering the 7-day threshold. Please ship all returns to the following address:

EXCEPTION
Our facial oils are not returnable/refundable as they are made to order and we do not resell our facial oils. If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Please note, that by purchasing our products, you understand the proper and safe procedures necessary to store the products.
