SABYOLÉ, INC. SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (hereinafter “USPS”). Orders are made to order and normally processed and fulfilled within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once fulfilled, packaging arrives within 3-5 business days (for local deliveries only, outside of NY State may take longer) or less depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please consider your timeline when placing an order. Expedited delivery is available.

If an item is on backorder, we may ship a partial order. When the remaining items become available, we will ship the balance of your order to you.

Shipping is free within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and Hawaii)  rate(s) Rates outside of the aforementioned areas will be charged during the checkout process and will be reflected in your shopping cart during checkout. We highly recommend maximizing shipping costs by consolidating and placing one order.

Sabyolé, Inc., reserves the right to make the best judgments on shipping boxes as well as packaging materials. We cannot accommodate special requests to consolidate if it is not feasible for us to do so.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Any additions to your order will be treated as a new order and shipped separately.

Please confirm the shipping address before placing your order. USPS will charge an address correction fee if the address on the shipping label is incorrect. You will be held solely responsible for this fee if it is an error made when entering your shipping address at checkout. Additionally, you will be held responsible for any additional costs incurred if you contact the carrier and request a change of delivery address. Missing information on the address will also incur the aforementioned fee by USPS.

Packages shipped to the address provided at check out and returned will result in you incurring any additional shipping charges related to shipping and the cost to reship the package.

Credit card orders may be subjected to processing fees, charged by your credit card company. 

We take pride in making sure to do our best when packaging your products. All products are packed securely. If you have breakage in your order please contact the shipping carrier immediately. You MUST save your original packaging materials in order to file a claim. Proof of breakage must be made to the carrier, so it is imperative all original packaging materials are saved. We cannot replace breakage due to the shipper at our expense. All items leave us in excellent condition and responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. Any refused shipments will be billed shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will be incurred.
